Golden as the new Vice President of Global Professional Services. Golden will serve a key role in improving AtTask's level of customer service, enabling organizations worldwide to be more efficient and productive while using AtTask project management software. Professional Services include consulting services, education, and customer support. She comes to AtTask with more than 10 years in the services support industry. Golden has designed, built and managed Professional Services Organization for many successful software companies including Hyperion, Cognos, and Ascential/IBM, that exceeded revenue targets and profitability goals.
